BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once you book your tickets you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation via email, contact us. The telephone information service is available from Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm and Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm. Please note that we are not able to deal with booking questions by any other means.

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Please check in at reception / checkout during booking time. Please have your booking confirmation with you. A limited number of tickets are also available at the door.

 

PUBLIC GROUPING

Guests can enter the attraction in groups of up to 8 people at a time. We can increase or decrease the size of each group without warning.

 

ENTRY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Athens Hall of Horrors includes:

• Live performers
• Blacklight
• Limited spaces
• Narrow tunnels
• Absolute darkness
• Sudden loud noises
• Puffs
• Water splashing
• Irregular surfaces
• Stairs up and down
• Blinking lights
• Crouching – You will be asked to crouch while walking
• Latex
• Fog effects
• Theatrical scent
• Automatically animatronics
• Elevator

 

The attraction is not suitable for:

• Those who have photosensitive epilepsy
• Pregnant
• Those who have claustrophobia
• Those who have a heart disorder
• Those who have asthma
• Those suffering from epilepsy and photosensitive epilepsy
• Those who have an anxious predisposition
• Those who have any kind of medical condition that may be aggravated by the experience
• Those who depend on any emergency or time-sensitive medication

The following are not allowed inside the attraction:

• Food and beverage
• Illegal substances
• Weapons, including imitation weapons
• Head masks, hoods or any object that hides the face
• Cameras or audio recording equipment
• Bags
• Flames, including lighters or fireworks
• Inflatable / quilted clothes

 

While inside the Athens Hall Of Horrors you should not:

• Touch live performers, the scenery or the facilities
• Chew gum
• Run
• Eat or drink
• Smoke or vaporize
• Try to record any moment of the show by any means
• Use your mobile phone
• Turn on any light, including laser pointers, light bulbs, flashlights or cell phone lenses

 

We will refuse entry and will not refund your money if:

• You seem to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance
• Your behavior is perceived as threatening or if we have any reason to believe that you are a threat to other guests or our contributors.

The following applies to the show:

• The performers will not touch you and you should not touch them either
• You need to stay with your team at all times
• You must walk forward at all times with both hands on the shoulders or waist of the person in front of you, unless you are the leader. You must not stop or move backwards unless instructed to do so by the operators.
• You belong to a group, so please do not spoil the experience for the rest of the group with your bad behavior or breaking the rules in any way.
• Once you enter, there are no escape routes until you reach the end, therefore you need make sure you want to enter.
• Take care of your personal belongings. If you miss something in the show, we will not be able to look for it until the next day. Everything you bring to the show is at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any loss.
• You should wear appropriate / practical clothes and shoes in the show.
• We will try to ensure that all the advertised features of the show are available. We may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, cancel or suspend any performance of the show due to weather conditions, to ensure safety or order, or if circumstances so require.
• By purchasing a ticket to the attraction, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and entry is at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to remove you from the attraction if you do not comply with our terms and conditions of entry, without refund.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (over the age of 18) at all times, in proportion to at least one adult per six persons under the age of 18. Proof of age will be required from anyone supervising persons under 18 years of age.

 

The Athens Hall of Horror is not suitable and children under the age of 12 will not be allowed to enter.

 

Your entry ticket is only valid for the period you have booked, it is not transferable, changeable or refundable after you purchase it.

 

You must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled entry time.

 

You must follow all additional instructions for the Covid-19 pandemic published on our website and regularly updated at www.athenshallofhorrors.com and at the signs at the entrance to the attraction, in addition to this set of terms and conditions.

 

The Athens Hall of Horrors takes photographs inside the attraction with the sole purpose of selling photographs to the person or people shown in the photograph. We do not keep the photos or use them in any other way. Upon entering the attraction, you agree that we may use photographs for this purpose.

 

The images and photographs used to view the Athens Hall of Horrors are not conventional. Exact scenery and characters may differ from those appearing in the marketing material.

 

By purchasing a ticket to the Athens Hall of Horrors you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry and entry is at your own risk

We reserve the right to remove you from the Athens Hall of Horrors if you do not follow our Terms and Conditions of entry without refund.
